With “Homecare–Eldercare”, we provide our partner companies and their employees with a holistic consulting and support program concerning the compatibility of care and work. Usually, a person’s illness or need for care occurs very abruptly. Often, not only the onset, but also the duration and development of their need for care or the course of their disease are unpredictable. Their relatives have to meet the challenge of dealing, in a very short time, with a completely new situation and of finding a sustainable solution. In order to be able to make far-reaching decisions, they need extensive individual advice that provides them with ample information on different possibilities for care, financial and legal aspects, and competent counseling contacts. For those organizing and, sometimes, providing the care, these situations often lead to permanent time pressure and great emotional stress. Thus, if a nursing case or illness occurs in the family of a working person, they often suffer from emotional overload that, in the end, also has a negative influence on their performance in the work place.

We regard our counseling and service concept as an important contribution to preserving the most valuable production factor a company owns–human resources. Nursing care insurance – Increase of payments since 01.01.2015

Since January 2015 there is an increase of the amount of benefits in the nursing care insurance. We have outlined some of the important changes.
