HUMANITAS Pflegeservice had achieved the best grade 1,0 for the special field “nursing” in a quality test in Frankfurt/Main (Hessen). Experts of the MDK (Medizinischer Dienst der Krankenversicherung – medicine service of the health insurance) tested the “nursing services”, the “medically decreed services” and “service and organization” unannounced. A customer survey was held too and the result got the good degree “1,1”.
We measure our success and quality on the satisfaction of our customers.
The goal of our quality management is to guarantee specifically tailored and economic customer services on a high level and at the same time be able to adjust them if need be. This is a confirmation for us working further on an optimum service quality.
Having said this, we would like to compliment our staff on the good job and thank our customers for their trust in our company.
