Team training

A team is more than just a workgroup. In fact, a team is defined by highly efficient synergy effects. This exceptional team day or weekend teaches team members in a playful way that every single member of a team is important. Since all senses are involved, this event-like training ensures a great learning effect.

We conduct an actual state analysis. Afterwards, team games and activities are carried out, followed by reflections and feedback. The last step is transferring the new experiences to each individual company.

Nursing care insurance – Increase of payments since 01.01.2015
