Our services do not only consist of a single counseling interview. Naturally, our care counselors accompany the whole care process in a reliable, confidential way. They support the patients’ relatives in every aspect concerning care and assistance and provide competent advice. Thus, we are able to guarantee a professional, individual case management for our customers.
In our informative meetings, we focus on improving the professional conduct with regard to care patients as well as the employees providing the care, and also show the operational and personal consequences associated with it. Topics like burn-out prophylaxis, stress management, etc. complete these programs.
