Nursing courses for care-giving employees
Caring for and assisting family members brings great physical and psychological strain for respective employees. They often lack the special knowledge and capabilities they need in order to master their new tasks. With our nursing care courses, we offer specific support for your employees.
In our courses, we teach nursing techniques and special nursing measures, e.g. the prevention of additional illnesses. We also take the psychological situation of the care patient and the extraordinary strain of the care-giving person into account.
In our nursing courses, we provide you with basic knowledge of preventive measures, e.g.

Seminars on dealing with dementia
People suffering from dementia change their behavior as well as their personality. They live in their own world and have their own perceptions that do not conform to reality. Often, the next of kin of your employees are affected. In an extensive seminar, you and your employees learn about the symptoms and characteristics of this disease and gain the knowledge you need in order to deal with people suffering from dementia.
General seminars for the whole staff
Our practice-oriented seminars will focus on promoting the staff’s acceptance of care: in various workshops, employees gain a certain sensitivity on how to treat care-giving colleagues; this furthers understanding and sympathy among staff members.
Special lectures for executive personnel
Superiors are able to support their employees providing care for someone without great effort. Apart from imparting basic knowledge concerning the behavior towards care-giving employees, we work out concrete help measures. As an additional element, we offer intensive coaching classes on difficult interview situations.
