Childcare in case of emergency
Your child has become sick over night or your regular childcare facility is closed? Our childcare and family workers help with taking care of your children in case of emergency, usually in your own home. According to individual needs and agreements, our emergency workers take care of your children, prepare meals, and carry out smaller household chores. We offer our emergency services by the hour, all day, and around the clock.
Extraordinary need of care occurs when, for example,
- your regular childcare is unexpectedly not available (e.g. when the childcare facility is closed or the childminder is ill)
- the children or a parent are sick
- parents are indisposed for work-related reasons (e.g. due to trainings, seminars, greater workload, working weekends, business trips, costumer meetings, or telework)
- parents have very limited time due to private reasons (e.g. doctor’s appointments, hospitalization of a family member, death in the family, personal problems, administrative matters)

Nursing care insurance – Increase of payments since 01.01.2015
Since January 2015 there is an increase of the amount of benefits in the nursing care insurance. We have outlined some of the important changes.
